What’s included in an opening - $475
- Remove winterizing plugs
- Install handrails and ladders
- Replacing baskets into skimmers
- Adding proper amount of DE (for DE Filters)
- Remove cover – please have the cover free of any debris prior to our arrival, Chas Pools is not responsible for debris left on the cover that falls into the pool
- Start system Opening Chemicals (shock and algaecide) no balancing chemicals, the pool will not be swimmable right after Chas Pools opens it.

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETE PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL
- Unlock any gates
- Secure pets in the house or backyard
- Make sure electricity to the pump is on
- Place all accessories (ladders, rails, baskets, etc.) next to the pool on the pool deck
- Cutting away any vegetation around the pool system around the pool equipment
- Raise water to the top of the skimmers
- Pre-Payment is required
What’s included in a closing - $475
- Blow out lines, put antifreeze in lines and plug them
- Winterize equipment
- Add winter chemicals
- Take out handrails and ladders
*Includes 1 pump, 1 filter, 1 cleaner pump, 1 heater, 1 sanitizer
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETE PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL
- Unlock any gates
- Secure pets in the house or backyard
- Make sure electricity to the pump is on
- Make sure the water level is 2 to 3 inches below the skimmers
- Place cover and all winterizing plugs and accessories next to the pool on the concrete deck.
- Balance the pool chemistry.
- Remove any remaining tabs from the chlorinator, as deterioration to the equipment could occur during the winter.
- Make sure pool cover is on deck.
- Pre-payment is required before we come out to close your pool
